    Leather tzedakah boxes

    The leather animal tzedakah boxes are wonderful to teach my grandchildren the Mitzvah of tzedakah. They each have a different animal and at Rosh Hashanah each child identifies where they would like to donate their money. At Hanukkah we all get together and count what each child has saved. We make cards and send the contribution to an identified group- Ronald McDonald house, homeless services, hunger fighting programs, etc.
