Returns or exchanges of merchandise are accepted within 30 days after you receive the merchandise, subject to the following conditions:
Returns or exchanges must be processed from the place the sale originated from. Items purchased at the retail store, must be returned to the retail store. If shipping your return to the retail store, it should be sent via UPS or Fed-Ex only. Standard or Priority mail cannot be sent to the store location. All website returns or exchanges must be sent back to the website address following the return authorization procedures below.
No returns or exchanges on personalized or special ordered items. No returns or exchanges on opened CD’s, computer software or videos. No returns or exchanges on any food or drink items (consumables). No returns or exchanges on Kosher Scrolls or Tefilin. Any clothing or Talism must be returned to us in new condition, be unworn and have the original tags or labels attached to them. All 14K Gold and Diamond Jewelry Items over $400.00 are considered a special order. No returns or refunds are allowed on these items.
Retail prices may vary due to Internet business practices, inventory levels at each store and special sale prices, subject to each store operator's discretion.
Shipping, handling, gift wrapping and insurance costs are nonrefundable if your order is shipped and either refused by the recipient or returned to us non deliverable.
If items are purchased during a free shipping promotion and returned the refund will be reduced to cover the original shipping costs.
For website returns or exchanges merchandise must be undamaged, unused, contain original box or packaging material and have the packing slip taped to the top inside flap of the shipping carton. Shipping, handling, gift wrapping and insurance charges are not refundable. Please ship your return prepaid and include the proper insurance and tracking, for your protection. All returns or exchanges must be shipped to the Website Address. Website returns or exchanges cannot be shipped to or processed at the retail store. Credit card refunds are issued to the purchaser only, recipients of gifts are issued online store credit or exchange of merchandise.

For Items Received Damaged: Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. The following procedures must be followed. Please keep all of the packing materials and boxes.
