Elaborate Silver Plated Shabbat Candlesticks

these were lovely, but not quite what I wanted for my daughter's wedding ( a little too short). I returned them at my expense, and received another pair which are lovely, and definitely suits the occasion. They were shipped quickly! I was dismayed however, that the full cost of the original candlesticks was not deducted- I was charged shipping costs- when I called to inquire about the refund; I was told they do not refund shipping costs- they are a small family business. I understand that, but since I had ordered from your company before, I feel a compromise could have been reached. Basically, I paid an additional $19.00 for candlesticks that I wasn't happy with.
