The item I purchased is simply beautiful and was shipped quickly. There was a delay in getting the item because it was out of stock. When I called to inquire about it, the customer service people couldn't have been any nicer or any more helpful. The delay was no longer than they said and they located my item, told me it was going our that day or the next at the latest and would arrive shortly. It did just that. I'd recommend this item to anyone who's taste leans toward the Art Deco and I'd recommend Traditions to anyone looking for fine Jeewish gifts.
