Vladimir Radchenko started designing jewelry in the early 1970s in Moscow. In 1978 his dream came true û he and his future wife Helena emigrated from Russia. For the next 10 years he created custom jewelry in Jerusalem in Beit Ot HaMuzar (The Jerusalem House of Quality). He became famous for his distinguished style, original design and skillful workmanship. After moving to New Jersey in 1988, Vladimir and Helena started a workshop called Enamel Art Studio, where they design and hand craft enameled jewelry.
